Cancellation policy:

If weather conditions cancel a flight there will be no cancellation fee.
Confirmed booking cancelled 48 hours before the flight date there will be no cancellation fee.
Confirmed booking cancelled within 48 hours of the flight date; a 25% cancellation fee may be applied at Mount Cook Ski Planes discretion.
Confirmed booking where people do not show up for a flight and have made no contact prior to the flight with Mount Cook Ski Planes a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
